鋁塑板剝離強度的怎么生產出來的?

鋁塑復合板的生產在外行人看來非常簡單,但實際上它是一種技術含量高的新產品,因而鋁塑板產品的質量控制上就有一定技術難度。這一期講座主要談一談影響鋁塑復合板180°剝離強度的因素。

蕊材的選用問題。因為高分子膜與PE的粘結與其他塑料相比較效果較佳且價格適中,無毒、易加工。所以蕊材選用PE。有些小生產廠家為了降低成本選用粘結效果差且燃燒時會產生致命毒氣的PVC,或選用PE回收料或選用PE原料與下角料混合。這樣會因為PE的型號、老化程度等的不同而導致復合溫度的不同,較終表面為復合質量不穩定。

高分子膜的選用問題。高分子膜是一種具有特殊性能的粘結材料,它影響復合質量的主要因素。高分子膜具有兩面性,三層共擠而成。一面是與金屬粘結,另一面是與PE粘結,中間一層是PE基材,兩面的性質完全不同。兩面的材料價格相差懸殊。與鋁板店結的材料需要進口,價格昂貴。而與PE融合面的材料國內就能生產,因此有的高分子膜生產廠家就此大做文章,大量使用PE融合料以偷工減料牟取暴利。高分子膜的使用具有方向性,正反面不能掉換。高分子膜是一種自解膜,熔化不完全會導致假性復合。早期強度較高、時間一長,因風化影響會使強度降低,甚至鼓泡或開膠等現象
